Illumine Excursions

Illumine Fitness & Nutrition prides itself on the breadthe and the depth of the programs we offer.

We realize that there is no “one size fits all” approach to anything when it comes to fitness nor nutrition.


CrossFit is in some ways the MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) of the fitness world combining some of the most effective disciplines and methodologies. CrossFit consists of HIIT (high intensity interval training, weightifting, powerlifting, strongman, running, rowing, hypertrophy strength, kettlebell training, functional movements, gymnastics, and the list goes on.


Over the years our philosophy of fitness has evolved and we have come to understand the desire to dive deep into a specific rabbit hole.


From this understanding (and demand) our Illumine Excursions were born.

Illumine Excursions allow for our clients to get off of the boat per se, and “explore” the other disciplines, with a deeper look into what they entail.

By doing so, it makes them a happier, better and more well rounded athlete and human being.

Illumine Kettlebell

The Illumine Kettlebell Kartel is an amazing opportunity to dive deep into the world of kettlbells and learn many different movements, complexes, workouts and breathing techniques.

Illumine Barbell

This program is intended for those serious enough about Olympic Lifting to take it to the next level. This will be 12 hours of specialized, intimate coaching over the 6 weeks.

Illumine Endurance

Illumine Endurance is dedicated to running technique. This six week program is designed to help athletes run more efficiently, prevent and reduce injury and at the end not “hate” running.

Illumine OCR

Illumine OCR is designed to get you ready for any Obstacle Course Race including Spartan, Tough Mudder, Savage Race, or any other mudrun! Be confident in prepping for your next race!

Illumine ERG

Improve your rowing technique and efficiency as it applies to CrossFit and Endurance/Aerobic training. You are guaranteed to sweat and become a more proficient rower in each session!

Illumine Gymnastics

This six-week program is designed to provide an introduction and to gymnastics. This course will start at the beginner’s level and meet each athlete where s/he is at.
