Our Nutrition Coaching Program at CrossFit Illumine, is truly one of a kind. Our Nutrition Coaching program is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”.

“Lose weight” is a very vague target/goal to set.  In fitness it is easy to get discouraged by the dreaded “scale” but the scale doesn’t tell the whole story.

 

If you are going to measure anything you have to measure lean body mass, body fat percentage and water weight. The In-Body 570 does just that.

If you are looking for 1:1 attention and focus then our 1:1 Coaching program is perfect for you. Your program will be designed especially for you. With a personalized approach to your training, Illumine can help you reach your goals quickly!

For those 50-80 years young. Our focus is on movement, stability, strength and increasing mobility. Newton’s first law of motion is often stated as: “An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion . . .”

Our Kids/Teens program is designed for your 7-14 year old. We offer classes in six week blocks with flexible options for today’s busy kids! All classes are scaled to meet the age/skill/fitness levels of the individual child.
