That is a ridiculously high statistic. Those injuries can for the most part be prevented with proper running form and technique.
6 Week Program designed to help athletes run more efficiently, prevent/reduce injury and at the end not “hate” running smile emoticon Running has the highest rate of injury of any sport. Everything else in CrossFit you are taught how to do the movements safely and effectively.
With running you are told to just go out there and do it… We are going to change that.
